Beta 1.9 Pre-Release

So yesterday I got the pre-release of 1.9 after a few weeks where I became tired of the old content. Sure it's buggy and unfinished but hey in my eyes it's just another step towards the finished product, and it's re-lit the MineCraft fire inside me!
I've seen a lot of people complaining about the update, about the number of bugs/lag etc... but let's be fair, it's a pre-release of a beta game, so realistically it's to be expected! Minecraft is a unique game in the respect that it is largely community driven, as in that most of the new content being delivered is or has been asked for by the people who play this game. Unlike other games which come pre-packaged ready for mass consumption.
So, to the haters this: Buck up and ride it out, and if you don't like the content don't whinge about it on the forums, send Notch an email, tweet, anything so he hears your side and continues to create and polish the great game we all love~!
